Create your design over the color base of your choice. 
We recommend that the base color be finished with MT Velvet Top prior to application of MT Art Ink. Once you have added art ink use MT Clear Blooming Ink #00 to spread the design. Be sue your design is dry! Then complete with MT Gloss Top.
